Vinpearl Hotel Can Tho

Top welcome and very good swimming pool. good food at the bar of pool. Nice breakfast in hotel. Very quiet bedroom ,beautiful and very clean bathroom I was very happy to stay 2 night in this hotel in Can Tho.

Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in Can Tho an extra night because of this hotel. Spacious, clean, great amenities, nice break from the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast buffet. Go hungry. Beautiful rooftop pool. They even surprised us by bringing a fantastic birthday cake to our room for my husband's birthday, we hadn't said anything, they just noticed it from his passport. Concierge/front desk staff was super helpful, as we had many questions and needed some help with some things. Would stay here again without a doubt if we were in Can Tho another time. A first class operation! Strongly recommend!

It was amazing at the room. Sound cool and romantic with the nice view. Everything was great. Especially, Ms.Nguyet Anh who welcomed us is so elegant and kind. I was extremely impressed and appreciated her.

Our only regret is that our stay at the VinPearl in Can Tho was so brief. Our room on the 14th floor was large and well-appointed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with smooth satin-like sheets and 4 soft but supportive pillows. The adjoining bathroom had both a bathtub and very fine glassed shower cabinet. The huge windows in our room gave us a grand view of the immense hotel pool and deck as well as a view of the city. We had Booked a very early floating market tour on our first morning in Can Tho and the hotel desk attendant kindly arranged for us to be given an excellent boxed breakfast, ready to be picked up at 4:15am. Breakfast on our second morning was sumptuous indeed. There was nothing more one could have wanted. A vast array of delicious choices. All staff members were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were very grateful for the assistance of the Guest Services attendant. This lovely young woman arranged for a taxi and driver to take us on to our next stop in Vinh Long, greeting us in the morning with the details of our trip memorized and prepared for. How delightful it would have been to have spent every day of our Three-week holiday in this lovely hotel.

Very friendly and service-minded staff, awesome breakfast buffet and great facilities, this place offers everything a 5-star hotel should but for a very decent price. The location is also great, without mentioning the splendid view from the room.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in February for business. Exceptional service, reasonable prices for room service and for the day spa facilities. Nice pool, although being in the shade in the afternoon can sometimes be a bit chilly although nice to freshen up. Great breakfast buffet options. Staff were very respectful as they were checking temperatures every day when you entered the restaurant given the coronavirus outbreak.

Myself, my Husband and our friends were booked into the Vin Pearl as part of a 2 day tour of the Mekong Delta. We didn’t have any expectations, being part of package we did no research into where we were staying and thought it would be a mediocre hotel to keep the package cost down... how wrong we were!! The property is immaculate, the check in staff fabulous, there was a little bit of a language barrier at times, but this was met with smiles and we always got there in the end:) Our room was pure luxury, the beds comfortable and the views were amazing! We had drinks at the pool bar and ate in the restaurant, the service was great at both and we all enjoyed a good steak. My only disappointment was that we only got to stay one night. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The hotel and rooms are excellent. Internet excellent. Location good, not right downtown, but still easy access to downtown. VinComm center is attached right next door, shopping and restaurants. 5 star all the way, for the money this is a great value. Eat outside the hotel, the restaurant was limited. i would stay here again.

The Vinpearl Hotel in Can Tho stands out among the many buildings in Can Tho. It’s tall, modern and very classy. The rooms are modern with all the amenities. The gym has a hot tub and sauna. The pool on the 15th floor is big with plenty of room to sun bathe. Plan on staying in Can Tho? This hotel is for you. Only a 15 minute walk to downtown among the highly lighted avenue.

I stay in this hotel many times for both business and family vocation purposes. The hotel is well organized, clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is with plenty of options and well prepared. During this time, the hotel also has good protocol to check and control covid-19 epidemic. Recommended to stay.
