The Reed Hotel

I had a great trip in Ninh Binh in the earlier of this month. A destination which I loved so much for everything even my trip was a very short one just for two days there. And one of the most satisfaction thing during the trip was my stay at The Reed Hotel. Extremely a lovely stay than ever with reasonable price and good services. The Hotel's room and surrounding look well-equipped, so clean, well-maintained. One highlight point I would remind you that dont forget to treat body well after a long sightseeing day by immersing in the Hotel's infinity swimming pool. A plus for this Hotel I must say. The staff is so friendly and willing to help with all your questions. Nothing to complain and I surely come back to stay again in next time.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist in booking a tour for me. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Great WiFi too in all areas. Walking around the hotel is a visual treat. The infinity pool was a fantastic surprise and an amazing place for a sunset swim. The in-house spa is excellent too. Overall had a great stay here.

When coming to this hotel with my family and enjoy the room a lot. Large room, nice view from clear window, staff very attentive by providing information about tours around the area. The store also serves nice coffee. One comment is, bathroom blinds should be installed inside instead of outside. Overall great hotel.

1 stay 1 night, it's a great hotel. Have no idea what arround. But the hotel itself is fantastic. Staff are very good, internet in room is also good, I just want to say that the hotel is very nice.

Shame to hear about the negative reviews as I had a brilliant experience. By far the best spa / massage I've had and so cheap in comparison to western equivalent. Would definitely recommend. Reed hotel was good value for money and the breakfast selection is good.

The property was new, but it was in what seems to be a construction zone of other developing hotels. The location was a huge draw back, the view was of a building across the street, or a construction pit.

Great. Very nice pool and attractive service. Come to the hotel on the occasion of opening Spa treatment, free massage service. Hotel staff and spa are friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Nice room, clean, comfortable. There is nothing better and more fortunate for me and my family!

The hotel locates in a new residential area. Quiet at night without activities but not the best convenience. Hotel is new and clean & good maintained. Great breakfast you can also order egg or noodle. Room are spacious with large & comfortable bed, modern designed & good bathroom with full amenities. Wifi speed were great. The staff is friendly, not yet very professional, a little bit slow and lack off smile :)). Nice swimming pool but i did not have chance to try ... should more hygiene on the bottom. Hotel has bicycle which you can go arround in town. Overall hotel was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here one night when I passed by and visited Tam Coc. It is probably the most beautiful hotel I've seen since I came here. It has everything. The food is great. The friendly staff is very helpful and they can exchange money for you. Highly recommend it.

Stayed very good at reed hotel. The good food at the downstairs cafe and the concierge desk was very helpful with giving us a taxi and whatever we needed. Breakfast has a lot of very good options. Beautiful hotel.
