Pullman Mandalay Mingalar

Newly built the Pullman Hotel is the largest hotel in the city but yet to celebrate full range operation. We have experienced at the soft opening for the sport event time however, it can showed the class of its own to the visitors. Services so good, food delicious and hygiene, various type of foods provided, rooms are spacious and luxury,round the clock security system etc.. The best thing I feel from this hotel is harmonized with tree and building eg. green garden in the center of buildings, decorated with shrubs and creepers.

Mandalay have many hotels operated by local and a few international hotels, which is Hilton Mandalay previously known as Sedona Mandalay and Mercury Mandalay Hill Hotel, previously known as Novotel Mandalay Hill Hotel. And its good to see new highlight of Pullman a five star International brand has come into play in Mandalay,. During our visit on 1st Oct. The hotel has opened its door to guest and new build with full facilities of 5 stars, staff are professional and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean with good circulation of air, nearby can visit Miingalar shopping complex with Ocean hyper market. Perfect Choice for stay in Mandalay.

we have stayed in pullman Mandalay for 4 nights with family, the Property is well designed with all facility, superb Gym! wonderful swimming pool with a view over looking the garden, staffs are very friendly and give a special attention to the guests, the breakfast buffet is outstanding with great food selections and excellent pastries-breads, the quality of the food items displayed is well presented, the Buffet dinner we have tried couples times it was also generous with a great Quality , brunch it's also something must be try with a lot of variety of food and pastries , over all we was very satisfy of our stay and delighted with all's the amenity and foods! it's a soft opening, nothing is yet perfect, but a well done soft opening by pullman Mandalay, certainly to be the Best in a Region in a near future . we won't hesitate to come again ! see you soon 

This property had only been open for about one month when we visited, as you would expect it is immaculate. The staff are very friendly, English is good and they are overly helpful like much of Myanmar. We were there on a Sunday night, dinner was a buffet and the variety and quality was good.

We stayed here during the soft opening stage (Dec 2019) and not everything was in operation yet. The hotel itself is beautiful and new and the beds so comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. But here are a few niggles I hope they sort out with staff. Firstly our inter-joining door was not opened and they could not find the key (it took AGES to sort it out and our boys were tired and wanted to go to bed), then the digital air-con face plate was smashed and did not work so we could not change the temperature (they changed that the next day). They then could not deliver pizza to the pool area, but when we spoke to the F&B Manager they could...... Once I think they iron out the teething problems with staff, this will be a wonderful hotel. The food in the buffet was delicious and of great variety and done well. We had Christmas Day there and the food was great, they did a wonderful job! Stu, the Head Chef was a delight and took great pride in his work and was very kind with our boys and gave them wonderful service (thanks Stu!), we wish you well with the hotel. We would happily return and would look forward to seeing it in full operation. The staff at the front desk were wonderful with my two boys, who dropped a letter off for Santa to let him know which room we were in (so Santa did not get confused) and they wrote a little note with a drawing back, of which really impressed us and our boys and they have kept the letter to this day - thanks for making their day.

One thing I can say for this hotel is that the pictures provided at the website are the same, the place is lovely and rooms comfortable, the pool area is beautiful with the green grass by the side. Food at breakfast was great and it is the usual variety of continental and local. What I loved about the location is that it is opposite the Mandalay stadium and it is a lovely view at night with all the lights on, I was disappointed though that the stadium view at level 3 was not yet opened, I wanted to stand there and take some pictures. There is a shopping mall and an array of shops not too far from the hotel too, so you can get anything you want too. Anyway my stay was great and the staff helpful.

Recently opened about a few months ago. it is very well built and maintained. The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Breakfast spread was excellent. The buffet spread was also good. Has a very impressive swimming pool.
