Our today’s excursion will take you around Bangkok, which is also known with the name “the city of golden temples”.
Our tour today will start with a visit to the Grand Palace, which consists of 3 major sections: Royal Palace, Royal Office and pagodas (Wat) constructed in the 70s of the 18th century. These days, this place is where the majority of crucial national celebrations are held.
Wat Phra Kaew is well-known both for its distinctive charm of Thailand Buddhism construction style and the holy Buddha statue which is made of jade. From the Grand Palace, it is quite close to reach Wat Pho, known as the oldest and largest pagoda in the city where it places over a thousand Buddha statues as well as a giant sit-back Buddha golden statue.

As the morning starts, enjoy your breakfast and then we will have a stroll around Meaklong Railway Market, which is a trading place for local residents, situated along the trail.
Every time there is a train approaching, people there hurriedly grasp their goods, leaving empty stalls behind before putting the goods on display again once the train has gone by. Our journey keeps on towards Damnoen Saduak Floating market, where little boats gather to sell fruits and vegetables, to name but a few.
After that, we will go for the enjoyable ambiance in a large park named Suan Sampran. This park is located in the heart of the appealing countryside landscape in the Nakhon Chaisri Riverbank. Among numerous places of interest there, Thai Village is the place where you can participate in various activities and performances like Thai boxing, harvest dance, sword - fighting and elephant display, to name but a few. We will then be taken to Kanchanaburi.

Our tour today will start with a visit to JEATH War Museum, where we will achieve some insight into the Death Railway constructed during the 1942-1943 period. Inside the museum are collections of photos and illustrations which present the life of war prisoners during such inhumane periods.
Not far from the location of JEATH War Museum is Kanchanaburi War Cemetery in which, during the time the Burma Railway was built, nearly 7.000 people dying of Japanese immurement were buried. Then, after a one-hour drive, we will arrive at Wang Pho Elephant Camp where you can enjoy the opportunity to travel on the back of an elephant.
Our journey goes on towards Erawan Waterfall, which is recognized as the most breath-taking waterfall around the country. We take a ride to Ayutthaya, where after check-in at the hotel, you are welcome to enjoy the time as you wish.

This park is certified by UNESCO to be the World’s Heritage Site, owing to the ruins of many religious structures there which are typical of the handicraft architecture. Wat Phu Khao Thong is a great pagoda standing in the heart of rice fields.
Atop the pagoda situates a tall chedi gilded in gold, which constitutes the noticeable appearance of the structure. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet was of highest importance among other temples in Ayutthaya, consisting of 3 Ceylonese-styled towers rising high next to each other. Inside a pagoda called Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, there is a copper Buddha image placed in the gesture of subduing Mara. This is among the largest Buddha statues in the country. Wat Lokaya Sutha is well-known for its descending Buddha statue, which makes this place become a holy ground where many pilgrims gather. In addition, this relic is among the most crucial one in Wat Lokaya Sutha. Afterwards, we will return to Bangkok.
Along the way, we will have a stop at the Royal Summer Palace in Bang Pa-in, which is the place royal members often go for their vacation. Today’s tour will start in the morning with a walk around the ancient town and we will pay a visit to the old wall, the moat and the gate of the ancient town. The most spectacular temple in this city, Wat Phra Singh temple, which was constructed in Lanna structure, is also included in today’s itinerary. Considered to be “The Monastery of the Lion Buddha’, the structure is the place where numerous deeply respected and ancient Buddha images.
Our following destination is Wat Phan Tao, a time-honored temple located adjacent to the holy Wat Chedi Luang in Chiang Mai town. Situated besides Wat Phan Tao is Wat Chedi Luang, which is a Buddhist structure constructed in the historic hub of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
After that, we will go for a rickshaw ride to discover the narrow pathways with old-styled houses situated alongside.
Then, have a stroll around the market at the center named Warorot – a famous destination for tourists who wish to explore more about the local culture and everyday lifestyle.
During afternoon hours, we will pay a visit to the Doi Suthep hill. The temple atop the hill is among the top important sites in this country, both in historical and spiritual aspects. Therefore, a number of Thai residents and foreign visitors arrive here with a view to discovering the magical power of this sacred ground.

This morning, you will be collected from your hotel and take a one-hour car ride to reach Mae Taman Elephant Camp, on route you can have the chance to admire the stunning mountainous landscapes. You are also able to enjoy a display of the way well-trained elephants provide assistance to people in teak forests. In the display, elephants take a bath in the river, complete tasks in the jungle, draw pictures, push and pull the wood as well as listen to commands.

As we arrive there, our journey continues with a 2-or-3-hour trek on a small mountain pat, leading us through luxuriant to a breath-taking waterfall situated deep inside.
On route to a tribal village called Pagagayaw Karen, you can enjoy the scene of coffee plantation, flowers farm and stunning rice terraced fields as we go by the farmland. Explore the Pagagayaw Karen hill tribe village and enjoy local coffee before heading towards Vachiratharn Waterfall, which is a magnificent waterfall reaching a height of over 200 feet. Immerse yourself in the relaxing atmosphere there and then return to the ground.
Our next destination is Napamaytanidol Chedi and Phra Mahatat Napaphon Bhumisiri. As you arrive here, you will be deeply impressed by the great architecture. These structures were constructed for celebration as King Bhumipol and Queen Sirikit turned 60. Return to Chiang Mai where you enjoy the night.

This morning, as you finish your breakfast, we will take a stroll around the local market to have a look at the local goods. Next on our agenda is a visit to Wat Phra Kaew well-known worldwide, which is among the oldest and most respectful temples in the city of Chiang Rai. This temple is also the place where the Emerald Buddha statue used to be positioned.
Our journey continues towards Wat Phra Singh which houses the Phra Buddha Sihing image. The major part of the Lanna-styled temple includes the ubosot, the viharn, a sanctuary in which there is Buddha’s footprint and the Kuti, also known as place of residence for monks. Our next destination is Baan Dam, or Black House in other words, of which the architecture is a wide-ranging combination of old-style Thai structures originating from the north and exotic modern designs.
Then, we will embark on a boat trip along Mae Kok River, departing from Chiang Rai for a village called Karen. As you arrive there, you can take a view of elephants and offer food to them. Return to Chiang Rai to spend the night there.

After breakfast time, we will go on a car ride to reach Chiang Saen, which is an ancient city well-known for the Golden Triangle.
We will have a drop by Opium museum, which tells the story of opium in the history of Thailand. You will have a chance to learn more about the origin of the Golden Triangle, where the opium started to emerge, the opium conflict and drug smugglers, to name but a few.
Our trip then continues with a cruise on the Mekong River to view the junction of Thailand, Burma and Lao at the Golden Triangle. This site is famous for its stunning landscape. There are several attractions inside this area, such as a giant golden Buddha statue positioned in a boat and a time-honored temple uphill.
Back to Chiang Rai and transfer to the airport, where you will get on a plane and return to your hometown via transit at Bangkok.
