Day-01 Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta (My Tho) - Can Tho
Let’s escape from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start tour Mekong Delta Tour with Asia Private Travels. Head to My Tho, a peaceful town located in the left side of Mekong River. When you arrive this place, don’t forget to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, which was built from 19th century. Next, hop on a sampan and explore four famous islands in this region: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise Islands.

Stop at Unicorn Island and explore this amazing place. You will catch the peaceful scenery blended with the fruit orchards with tropical fruits that you definitely want to give it a try. Besides, you also have a chance to learn more about the culture and custom in this region by enjoying the folk song music which is presented by the local people. This is one of the very unique experience you have in Mekong Delta tour!

Day-02 Can Tho - Con Son Eco Tourism Village
Local tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and then head to Binh Thuy ancient house. Here, you shouldn’t miss visiting Binh Thuy ancient house because this place is the highlight in the itinerary of Asia Private Travels. It has a unique design, which is a combination between Western and Eastern Styles.

You will get a glimpse into what an antique estate of a mandarin would look like back in the French colonial time. The house was famously used in the 1992 movie “L’Amant” (“The Lover”) based on the novel of the same name by a well-known French author Marguerite Duras.

Cruise to a floating fish farm to learn about different kinds of feature fish in the Mekong Delta. Don’t forget to try the “Fish massage” service and have fantastic photos with beautiful fish right on the Hau river.

Then, keep going to Con Son Islet, known as a hidden gem of Can Tho, to feel ecological and authentic life. You might seem to get lost in the world of a serene setting, fresh air, fruit orchards, floating houses, and delicious traditional southern cakes made by locals. It is one of the most attractive destinations for green community-based eco-tourism in Can Tho.

Day-03 Visit to Cai Rang Floating Village - Back to Ho Chi Minh City
After having breakfast at hotel, let’s continue your boat trip in Mekong Delta Tour to explore the tributaries of Lower Mekong River (Bassac River) to immerse yourself in the picturesque scenery in this region, then visit Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the best experiences you could have in your Mekong Delta trip.
