Took a two night cruise from Can Tho (starts and ends there) on the rivers and canals of the Mekong Delta. It is a wonderful experience. My favorite part was just sitting and watching the boats on the river, life on the shore The crew is excellent and attentive, but not intrusive. The food was Vietnamese, which I loved. But let the crew know ahead of time if you have dislikes or dietary restrictions  The cabins are small, but very nice. Beds were very comfortable. I found the washroom to be very big and functional. I look forward to returning to Vietnam and taking a longer trip on one of their cruises.

We were picked up by Mekong Eyes in Ho Chi Mingh City the car brought us to Can Tho harbour where the boat from teakwood was waiting for us. The crew was well organized and very friendly, the two guides spoke very well English, the food excellent and the landtours were Nice. They arranged a Nice Christmas party for us on Christmas Eve. Three word:it was great. Last day we have been brought to Rach Gia where we took the boat to Phu Quoc. Inside travel arranged everything. Both organisations did a great job.

Personnel included the boat captain, our guide (first, Jasmine, then Julie), a cook, a waiter, an engineer. There was plenty of space for lounging, reading, getting some sun, viewing the delta. Food is plentiful and excellent. Each day, we went on interesting village walks and had a chance to meet some of the local people. We also visited the floating market at Can Tho, were rowed to an excellent amateur music performance, visited a colorful market in Cai Be, as well as a rice noodle factory and a rice candy factory. All in all, the scenery in the delta was beautiful and the cruise was very relaxing.
