Shangri -La Hotel Chiang Mai

The Hotel is big and nice. Very good instalations and variety of restaurants. The gym is very good. Spa looks awesome.

The hotel is located near food markets and the night market. Other than that, it is quite a distance from the old city where most of the sights are located. As for the breakfast spread, it has an excellent spread of food to choose from. The pool is great with a jacuzzi at the side as a separate pool. Service at the hotel is wonderful and as expected if you stay in a shangri-la hotel anywhere in the world. Highly recommended.

We loved the location and the facilities. The pool was clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff. The general hotel staff were also great. The concierge and the front door staff were wonderful. In particular, Nutt and Gong were fabulous. They helped us with rides and directions and engaged us in friendly conversations. We loved everything.

The hotel has lots of character with very attentive staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location and fantastic views. The lounge on the the 11th floor is a great way for relaxing while enjoying the view.

The staff were excellent, very polite and couldn't do enough for you, rooms were lovely and clean and entrance to hotel was very hygienic and took your temperature incase of Corona virus 10 out of 10

I got an upgrade with the pool view, service is excellent staff is very polite and friendly and the hotel is next to the night market. Recommend it !

Breakfast buffet each morning has something for everyone. An omelet station for westerners, a soup noodle bar, dim sum, Chinese and Indian food for other. Staff is awesome and everyone aims to please to make your experience a comfortable one. Not too much around the hotel but the open markets are within walking distance and taxis are everywhere.
