Lotte Hotel Yangon

Lovely staffs and most comfortable beds. Amazing location. Please don’t miss this hotel , if your going to Yangon (Myanmar). I call this is smiling hotel. Now condition is everybody wearing mask but yon can see their biggest smiling through their eyes. Really I recommended this smiling hotel.

Exceedingly friendly, professional staff everywhere, they are always helpful, at the reception, the room service, the waiters at the bar and in the restaurant, the pool, etc. Both Korean and Chinese restaurants came up with great service (special thanks you to Tirazin and New Ni, they remembered my favorite dessert even days later and surprised me with two of them), but generally everyone in this hotel did their best to make my stay a special one and never hesitated to accomplish my wishes. I will come back.

Today I went to the gym in the lotte and was very comfortable and very happy, especially the trainer who Thet Aung explained to me about the knowledge of bodybuilding.So,thank a lot and I wish you all the best.

Everything in the hotel was really, really good. The rooms have a phantastic lake view. The Seine Restaurant has very good buffets, the club lounge is excellent. The staff are very friendly und try to make everything possible.

Fitness Center Facilities and service are very excellent.Especially the two trainers Tun Tun Zaw and Thet Aung are excellent too. They are explained about the right way to help me the daily routine workout. Very nice Indoor, outdoor pool, sauna & steam room. Thanks for all team .

We have event for 150 people on March 2nd and 3rd for full day meeting. The service is very good and we got good feedback from our clients. We would like to thank to team of Lotte and special thanks to Pyin Nyar (Sales dept), Ko Myo, Pyai Phyo (very patient), Nay Htet Win (charming and obey), all are from F & B services. Had a lunch with family and we got a quality time at Toh Lim Chinese Restaurant. Food were very tasty,Restaurant has great view from 14th floor and most of all- we received great, passionated & professional service from Mg Mg Naing & Saw Hein Zin. we would definitely recommand this place and will be back for future family occasion.

Nice service and helpful staff. I am very satisfied of starting sales call to the end of event. Sales executive and manager are very initiative and reminding in timely manner and supportive through out process. Babquet manager and team are very pleasant to help. Thank you all.

I stay one night for a business meeting and it has been flawless and amazing. They honoured me as guess of the day and I felt to be treated as a king by all the lovely staff. The view on the lake is beautiful.

Service & Professionalism highest standard, excellent Korean restaurant, superclean and Corona Protection seriously. Spacious, normally big conferences and crowded now low frequency - I like the extremely good service of reception and concierge Has to be paid! Perfect.
