After having some bad experiences with Bangkok hotels, glad to say this delivered. No deceptive advertising, pool and gym both great and rooms clean, no scams from the staff.

Great location on Khao San but no noise! Reception staff are fabulous..helped a us with some great travel advice as well. Beds very comfortable

The room was very clean and spacious, I really loved the design. The bathroom was very clean as well and the bath products were lovely. Even though there's a club literally downstairs, the room was quiet. The pool is an oasis in the middle of Khaosan's crazyness. It was great that the hotel lets you use the pool and gym even after you have to check out, so we could leave in the evening relaxed and clean after a hot day.

Location is really good for those party goers. You'll have no lack of options for food as everything is there. Friendly staff.

This was my 5 th hotel stay within 13 days in Thailand as a solo traveller. This hotel is in a great location but don’t stay here if you expecting a quiet stay. This is a very busy location with amazing pubs. Night Clubs. Restaurants and street food and street vibes. It’s a really cool location for anyone who is adventurous and wants to experience the real Bangkok. Here you are walking distance to the Grand Palace and other temples. The hotel was amazing. Clean. Modern. Contemporary and had a wonderful rooftop pool. The bed was really comfy with a modern bathroom and well finished. The gym is also really good and both are included in the price. My room was cleaned every day. Sheets changed. New towels and stocked up. I was really impressed with the housekeepers they are amazing. Hotel took care Of my luggage after I checked out and I still used the pool and gym until I left for my flight. They also help arrange a taxi to airport at a good price. I will definitely stay here again without a doubt. I had a cooked breakfast in the pub upstairs which was also nice and totally British style. Thanks guys for my stay and making all the arrangements for me

Great hotel right in the heart of everything. Loved the decor very colonial. Spotlessly clean. The beds were amazing. Staff were lovely especially Anne and Jim. We had a great stay and the rooftop pool was a bonus
