Welcome to Bagan! You will be picked up at the hotel (time will be included in the tour confirmation). After that, you will be taken to the meeting point to take bikes, which are all ready to serve. Once the equipment is fully prepared, the Bagan Sightseeing Biking Tour will begin.
Visitors will soon find themselves in small villages hidden amidst the barren landscapes. The local life is like a pitch played on a slow rhythm in which the tourists are expected to see a cow or a pig rather than the vehicles.
To continue the Myanmar Tour, you will either catch sight of the ox carts piled high with chilies or garlic from the fields. You may also notice playful crowds of children playing kites on days off, which provides visitors with a realistic reflection on daily life in the dry zone.
After saying goodbye to the local life, the next stop of our active tour will be the temple area with the background of the sacred pagodas.
You will get the chance to travel along the small trails of the plains with the wind blowing. Please keep in mind that this section of the Bagan Tour is not easily accessible; therefore, you will need to make efforts to reach the site. Don’t worry! Tourists will be able to stop by a pagoda to recharge with some snacks before proceeding with the ride across the temple zone.
With all our respect, the monuments that you will pass en route are not famous but are included due to the fact that this track will give you a vast view of Bagan and the sheer number of pagodas.
After finishing the short exciting tour, you will take a private sunset boat ride on the giant Irrawaddy River. Get on the boat in the early evening and unwind! While cruising halfway through the water with a superb panorama of temples, you will be able to marvel at the last rays of the sun casting upon Bagan.
After the cruise, the tour guide and driver from Asia Private Travels will transfer you back to the hotel by van or local truck.
